The user interface of all STREAM models is designed in such a way that you can conveniently open it via the browser on a smartphone, tablet or laptop. This offers you maximum flexibility and no additional apps need to be installed on the devices.

Easily keep track of your data usage on one or two SIM cards and even set a data limit for each card. Once the limit has been reached, the router will automatically become inactive or switch to the other card if set to do so. This is a useful feature to avoid additional charges, especially with prepaid cards or when using the product abroad.

All alphatronics STREAM routers let you connect to local or public networks. A key feature here is network forwarding to a browser, for example for entering passwords or accepting terms of use. This helps to significantly reduce data usage on the SIM card and free it up.

The antenna has an additional high-performance external antenna with an installation height of only 1.7 cm especially for mobile homes and caravans (MIMO) for LTE reception and another one for WIFI reception. The router, which was developed for use in motorhomes, is equipped with two SIM card slots. For example, you can use the second card from your existing mobile phone contract or an additional prepaid card abroad. The optimally coordinated connection between the external antenna and router enables interference-free Internet reception in the vehicle. Open your own network in the vehicle and use the streaming offers of your alphatronics smart TV. Of course, you can also capture an existing WIFI signal, with the router acting as a repeater inside the vehicle.

In addition to the main card, use foreign SIM cards, for example, in order to enjoy maximum speed at the lowest cost even on vacation. Check the data consumption of one or both SIM cards at a glance. There is also the option of storing a data limit for the relevant SIM card. Once this is achieved, the router will not allow any further data retrieval. This is a helpful function to avoid additional costs, especially with prepaid cards or when using the product abroad.

Safety and protection of minors is also an important companion when surfing the Internet on the go. Therefore, our alphatronics STREAM offers several protection mechanisms and supports all current security standards and encryption. In addition, we have integrated a blacklist function into the user interface. This allows the user to easily block unwanted websites.
